Dr Olivia Starowicz

Dr Olivia Starowicz is a dedicated and passionate General Paediatrician who provides the highest quality care to children of all ages and their families to manage their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Olivia believes in a multidisciplinary approach to achieve the best outcomes for children and their families.

Olivia specialises in all aspects of general paediatrics, with a particular interest in haematolgical conditions and indigenous health. She gained experience throughout her paediatric training in renal disease, metabolic disease, epilepsy and neurology, newborn and paediatric intensive care through positions in Gold Coast University Hospital, Royal Children’s Hospital Brisbane, Alice Springs Hospital and Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital.

Olivia was awarded her Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2017. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Griffith University in 2009 after completion of her Bachelor of Science in Medical Science at the Queensland University of Technology.

The Gold Coast has been Olivia’s home for many years and she is happy to be back on the Gold Coast to enjoy its beauty. When not at work, Olivia enjoys travelling to explore new places and cultures.
