At Leading Steps Paediatrics we believe Gold Coast children should have access to the very best paediatric care. That means paediatricians with the highest level of expertise, as well as the dedication to truly care for our young patients.
Our new recruit Dr Carla Morley fits this criteria perfectly. She is respected for her standard of paediatric excellence and admired for her kindness and commitment to provide exceptional care to each child.
Dr Glenn Harte says Leading Steps Paediatric Clinic is very proud to welcome her to the team.
“We have known Dr Morley for many years during her training including six months working at Leading Steps, where she was a stand out as one of the most impressive trainees we’ve worked with.
“Dr Morley is very bright, diligent and highly organised. She brings special expertise on Infectious Diseases and antibiotic stewardship following her Infectious Diseases Fellowship at Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick.
“We know she will be a great member of our team and a wonderful advocate for patients who attend here,” said Dr Harte.
Dr Morley has worked at leading Paediatric centres including the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne, Mater Children’s Brisbane and a fellowship role in Paediatric Infectious Diseases at Sydney Children’s Hospital.
Dr Morley is adjunct lecturer at Griffith University, contributes to medical research and has presented papers at local and international conferences.
